G2's Fall program takes a strategic approach for athletes especially the athletes who are involved in organized sports throughout the year. Two of our primary programs start in the Fall, which run out of - Fortius Sport & Health located in Burnaby, BC. First is our "Fall Prep"  program. This is for any athlete, but is geared toward athletes getting ready for tryouts at their institution. Some athletes are going for their first time trying out and this is a program that can help gear them towards being prepared for the upcoming situation. We have a limited spot occupancy to ensure that quality is given in the right amounts to each student. This capacity is typically between 15-18 students only for Fall Prep. Our 2nd program is a continuation to the first program and is our "In Season"  Training Program. This is geared towards the athletes that are playing but still wanting to have a training curriculum that will benefit them during the season. In season training is different than the off season training. We specialize the curriculums such as game situational exercises, injury prevention strength training and game IQ. All are done to maximize athletes game performance throughout the season so that their game doesn't suffer plateau . We want the player to become stronger each quarter and sharper each game. This program is capped at 18-20 students.
